Beautiful Inn! So high tech and modern. The Inn has a dim lit atmosphere that just works. Checking in and out was super easy. Use kiosk. If you stay with two people in the same room, when checking out, one card will be needed to check out. You can return the additional card to the desk staffs. This placed provided many free amenities! Be on the lookout as you enter the first floor for them. Room was a bit tight but that’s ok. The one cool thing we liked about hour room was the TV being able to show the times of when the washer/dryer was in used. Never seen that before! The shower and toilet is separate so that’s a win! Washer/dryer is on the 3rd floor. The washer/dryer is hybrid but don’t expect your clothes to be dry on the first time. If you have a big load, best to go to a laundromat. Place was quiet and spacious all around.

The location is very convenient, a short walk to train and bus stations, and Nishiki market and other sights. Check in and out were also very easy, and we were able to store our luggage before we checked in. Our room was on the 4th of 5 floors and was plenty bright, despite the frosted windows. The provided breakfast is simple but was ok -- definitely would not recommend paying extra for it but if it comes free, it's fine. There is a coin-operated washer and dryer in the hotel, and we used it twice and had no problem with needing to wait or people taking our things out. We didn't overload the machine (3kg for washer + dryer) so the clothes didn't need a lot of extra drying (max 30min extra).

The hotel was really nice, clean and quite automated. You had a machine to do the check in and check out. Everything was quite straight forward and easy. The room had a good size! Something really valued when traveling in Japan. The location was really good in a cool neighborhood with many things nearby. They provided good toiletries, and their shower and toilet were really good. They gave us a water bottle per day. Only thing, they didn't had an onsen nor the luggage delivery service but the hotel was great. For the luggage delivery service we went to take them to a nearby place.

Excellent location. Close to the biggest shopping area, metro nearby. Didnt take long to walk to the old sheines on the east side of the city. The towels and bed sheets were changed everyday, which was very nice. There were washing machines available for an extra fee. The breakfast was basic, but fitted my morning needs. There is possible to drop off your luggage before the check-in on the same day, which i found very useful. Great value for the price (i had a deal as a last minute booking).

The rooms are modern with a smart TV that can connect to streaming services (on your own account), wifi is fast, lots of power sockets and USB sockets for charging devices. The toilet is a separate room from the shower. The shower was ultra modern with full body jets! We arrived before check in and happy to find they have luggage storage. The hotel is a short 5 minute walk from Shinkyogoku shopping street which connects to Nishiki market for great street food.
